§ 53‑403.  Terminationof conservatorship.

If the Commissioner issatisfied that the conservatorship may be terminated with safety to theclients, creditors, and shareholders of the State trust company, and to thepublic, the Commissioner may terminate the conservatorship of a State trustcompany and permit the company to resume the transaction of its business,subject to such terms, conditions, restrictions, and limitations as theCommissioner prescribes. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
