§ 54B‑5. Severability.
If any section or subsectionof this Chapter, or the application thereof to any person is held invalid, theremaining sections or subsections of this Chapter, and the application of suchsection or subsection to any other person, shall not be invalidated or affectedthereby. (1981, c. 282, s. 3.)
