§ 54C‑136.  Federalgovernment‑sponsored enterprise obligations.

A savings bank may invest instock or other evidences of indebtedness or obligations of Fannie Mae, theFederal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or any other federal governmentsponsored enterprise, or any successor thereto. (1991, c. 680, s. 1; 2001‑487,s. 14(e).)
