§ 55A‑3‑07. Certain corporations subject to Public Records Act and Open Meetings Law.

Any of the followingcorporations organized under this Chapter is subject to the Public Records Act(Chapter 132 of the General Statutes) and the Open Meetings Law (Article 33C ofChapter 143 of the General Statutes):

(1)        A corporationorganized under the terms of any consent decree and final judgment in any civilaction calling on a state officer to create the corporation, for the purposesof receipt and distribution of funds allocated to the State of North Carolinato provide economic impact assistance on account of one industry.

(2)        A corporationorganized upon the request of the State for the sole purpose of financingprojects for public use. (1999‑2, s. 7; 2001‑84, s. 4.)
