No group long‑term careinsurance coverage may be offered to a resident of this State under a grouppolicy issued in another state to a group described in G.S. 58‑55‑20(3)d,unless the Commissioner or the insurance regulator of the other state havingstatutory and regulatory long‑term care insurance requirementssubstantially similar to those adopted in this State has made a determinationthat such requirements have been met.
