There is no liability by, andno cause of action of any nature arises against, any member insurer or itsagents or employees, the Association or its agents or employees, members of theBoard, the Commissioner or the Commissioner's representatives, or insuranceregulators or their representatives, for any act or omission by them in theperformance of their powers and duties under this Article. This immunityextends to the participation in any organization of one or more other state associationsof similar purposes and to any such organization and its agents or employees.
