§ 62‑276. Construction of Article.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed to relieve any motorcarrier from any regulation otherwise imposed by law or lawful authority, andthis Article shall not be construed to relieve any such motor carrier from anyobligation or duty imposed by Chapter 20 of the General Statutes of NorthCarolina.
