(a) This Article shallbe administered by the Secretary of State of North Carolina or his designee,and shall be enforced by the Attorney General of North Carolina or hisdesignee.
(b) It shall beunlawful for any membership camping operator to offer to sell any membershipcamping contract in this State unless he is registered with the Secretary ofState. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 1009, s. 4.)
