§ 66‑245. Prohibitedpractices.
It shall be unlawful for anymembership camping operator or salesperson to state or imply in attempting tosell a membership or to persuade a member to make payment that the purchaserwill be able to sell the contract and thereby eliminate his obligation orrecoup all or a substantial part of his purchase price.
