§66‑307. Violations.
(a) Late fees andattorney fees are not recoverable if a self‑service storage businessviolates the provisions of G.S. 66‑306.
(b) Any waiver of anyof the provisions of this Article shall be deemed void and unenforceable.
(c) The remediesprovided in this section are in addition to any other remedies provided for bylaw or in equity. (1999‑416, s. 1.)
