The joint ordinance shallstate the terms relating to compensation to commissioners, if any, compensationof consultants and staff members employed by the Commission, and reimbursementof expenses incurred by commissioners, consultants, and employees. TheCommission is governed by these budgetary and accounting procedures as may bespecified by joint ordinance. (1987, c. 683, s. 4; 1987(Reg. Sess., 1988), c. 897, s. 4.)
