(a) By acting as anathlete agent in this State, a nonresident individual appoints the Secretary ofState as the individual's agent for service of process in any civil action inthis State related to the individual's acting as an athlete agent in thisState.
(b) The Secretary ofState may issue subpoenas for any material that is relevant to theadministration of this Article. (2003‑375, s. 2.)
