§ 7A‑39.8. Courtauthorized to adopt rules.
The Supreme Court shall prescribe rules respecting the filing ofopinions prepared by an emergency justice or an emergency judge after hisperiod of temporary service has expired, and any other matter deemed necessaryand consistent with the provisions of this Article. (1967, c. 108, s. 1.)
