§ 87‑51. Severabilityof provisions.
If any provision of thisArticle or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for anyreason held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions orapplications of the Article which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Article aredeclared to be severable.
