§ 90‑283.  Organization of Board; compensation;employees and services.

The Board shall elect from its membership a chairman, vice‑chairmanand secretary, and shall adopt rules and regulations to govern its proceedings.Board members shall be entitled to receive only such compensation andreimbursement as is prescribed by Chapter 93B of the General Statutes for Stateboards generally. At any meeting a majority of the voting members shallconstitute a quorum. The Board may employ any necessary personnel to assist itin the performance of its duties and may contract for such services as may benecessary to carry out the provisions of this Article.
