(a) An applicant forcertification under this Part shall pay a fee of twenty‑five dollars($25.00) for the examination and the certificate.
(b) The certificateshall be renewed annually upon payment of a renewal fee of ten dollars($10.00). A certificate holder who fails to renew the certificate and pay therenewal fee within 30 days of its expiration shall be required to take and passthe examination for certification in order to renew the certificate.
