§90B‑12.  Violation a misdemeanor.

Any person violating anyprovision of this Chapter is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. (1983,c. 495, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 654; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
