§95‑47.31.  Review of job listing services.

After the Commissionerreceives written statements from two or more applicants complaining that theapplicant failed to obtain employment as a result of the services of a joblisting service, the Commissioner may contact other applicants who have paid afee to the job listing service for the purpose of determining what percentageof such applicants obtain employment as a result of the services of the joblisting service. After gathering information from such applicants and followingthe requirements of due process, the Commissioner shall place the surveyresults in the public records. (1979, c. 780, s. 2.)
