§99E‑14. Defense to suit.
Assumption of risk pursuant toG.S. 99E‑13 is a complete defense to a suit against an operator by aroller skater or a spectator for injuries resulting from any obvious andnecessary inherent risks, unless the operator has violated the operator'sduties under G.S. 99E‑11. (1997‑376, s. 2.)
