Whoever violates section 1327.54 or division (A), (B), (C), or (D) of section 1327.61 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense within seven years after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
