1501.022 Injection well review fund.
There is hereby created in the state treasury the injection well review fund consisting of moneys transferred to it under section 6111.046 of the Revised Code. Moneys in the fund shall be used by the chiefs of the divisions of mineral resources management, geological survey, and water in the department of natural resources exclusively for the purpose of executing their duties under sections 6111.043 to 6111.047 of the Revised Code.
