1501.031 Natural resources publications and promotional materials fund.
All money received from the sale of books, bulletins, maps, or other publications and promotional materials of the department of natural resources shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the natural resources publications and promotional materials fund, which is hereby created for the purpose of producing, reprinting, or replacing departmental publications and promotional materials upon order of the director of natural resources.
