1523.04 Payment to contractor.
When estimates or statements for either material theretofore furnished or labor theretofore performed under a contract entered into as provided in section 1523.03 of the Revised Code are presented to the chief of the division of soil and water resources by the contractor, certified as to the correctness thereof under oath by the contractor or the contractor’s authorized agent and approved in writing by the chief, the chief shall pay the amount of such estimates or statements from the water conservation improvement fund.
