2501.14 Assigning judges from another district.

When the presiding judge of a district requests that judges of the court of appeals be assigned to hold court with the judges of such district or to hold an additional court in such district, the chief justice of the court of appeals, upon being satisfied that the business of such district requires it, shall assign such judges, as in his opinion can be assigned without impairing the business of the district from which such assigned judges are selected, to hold court in such district.
