3304.15 Commission to establish administrative subdivisions.

The rehabilitation services commission shall establish administrative subdivisions under its control as it determines necessary or appropriate to carry out its functions and duties, but there shall be a bureau of services for the visually impaired and a bureau of vocational rehabilitation, each of which has as its head a director appointed by the administrator, subject to commission approval. The commission shall prescribe the budgets for the government of each division, and rules for the conduct of its employees, the performance of its business, and the custody, use, and preservation of the records, papers, books, documents, and property pertaining thereto.
