3306.53 Number of applications.

The superintendent of public instruction shall establish an application period during which a city, exempted village, or local school district and a community school may submit to the Harmon commission an unlimited number of applications for first-time designation of individual classrooms as creative learning environments. After that application period, each city, exempted village, or local school district and each eligible community school may submit only one application per fiscal year for first-time designation of one classroom as a creative learning environment.
