3306.59 Implementation dependent on funding.

Sections 3306.50 to 3306.58 of the Revised Code shall be implemented unless the general assembly does not appropriate funds to perform the duties prescribed by those sections or the superintendent of public instruction determines that sufficient funds are not available for that purpose.
