3319.62 State office of educator standards.
The department of education shall establish the state office of educator standards within the center for the teaching profession to provide administrative services to the educator standards board. The department may employ a director for the office and such other staff as are necessary for the operation of the office. When appropriate, current employees of the department shall conduct the operation of the office.
