3333.0410 Use the student's data verification code required.

The chancellor of the Ohio board of regents shall require each state institution of higher education, as defined in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code, when reporting student data to the chancellor under any provision of law, to use the student’s data verification code assigned under division (D)(2) of section 3301.0714 of the Revised Code, if that code was included in the student’s records submitted to the institution by the student’s high school or by another state institution of higher education.
