3353.09 State technology plan.
(A) Not later than January 1, 2010, the eTech Ohio commission shall develop and implement a state technology plan to create an aligned educational technology system that spans preschool to postsecondary education and complies with federal mandates. The commission periodically shall modify the plan as it determines necessary.
(B) The commission shall consult with the state board of education in the development and modification of the state technology plan.
