3729.08 License may be refused, suspended, or revoked for noncompliance.
The licensor of the health district in which a recreational vehicle park, recreation camp, combined park-camp, or temporary park-camp is or is to be located, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, may refuse to grant, may suspend, or may revoke any license granted to any person for failure to comply with this chapter or with any rule adopted by the public health council under section 3729.02 of the Revised Code.
