4105.05 Suspension or revocation of special inspector's commission.
A commission to serve as a special inspector may be suspended or revoked by the superintendent of labor, for the incompetence or untrustworthiness of the holder thereof, or for the falsification of any matter or statement contained in the holder’s application or in a report of any inspection.
