4105.06 Lost certificate or commission.
If a certificate or commission issued under sections 4105.02 and 4105.04 of the Revised Code is lost or destroyed a new one shall be issued in its place by the division of labor without another examination, upon the payment of a fee to be established as provided in section 4105.07 of the Revised Code.
