4105.20 Prohibited acts - fines.
No person shall violate any law relative to the operation, construction, maintenance, and repair of elevators. All fines collected for violation of this section shall be forwarded to the superintendent of labor, who shall pay them into the state treasury to the credit of the labor operating fund created in section 121.084 of the Revised Code.
