4903.20 [Effective Until 9/13/2010] Order of disposition of cases.

All actions and proceedings in the supreme court under Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4906., 4907., 4909., 4921., and 4923. of the Revised Code, and all actions of proceedings to which the public utilities commission, power siting board, or this state is a party, and in which any question arises under such chapters, or under or concerning any order or decision of the commission or the board, to reverse, vacate, or modify an order of the commission or the board, shall be taken up and disposed of by the court out of their order on the docket.
