5101.526 Insufficient federal financial participation.

If the director of job and family services determines that federal financial participation for the children’s health insurance program part III is insufficient to provide health assistance to all the individuals the director anticipates are eligible for the program, the director may refuse to accept new applications for the program or may make the program’s eligibility requirements more restrictive.
