5103.0325 Review of rules for agency visits.

Notwithstanding division (B) of section 119.032 of the Revised Code, the department of job and family services shall review once every two years the department’s rules governing visits and contacts by a public children services agency or private child placing agency with a child in the agency’s custody and placed in foster care in this state. The department shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to ensure compliance with the department’s rules governing agency visits and contacts with a child in its custody.
