5104.022 Licensing of foster homes as family day care homes.
The department of job and family services shall not license a prospective type A family day-care home if that prospective family day-care home is certified to be a foster home or specialized foster home pursuant to Chapter 5103. of the Revised Code. A county department of job and family services shall not certify a prospective type B family day-care home if that prospective family day-care home is certified to be a specialized foster home pursuant to Chapter 5103. of the Revised Code.
