5104.052 Fire prevention and fire safety in certified type B family day-care homes.
The director of job and family services, in cooperation with the fire marshal pursuant to section 3737.22 of the Revised Code, shall promulgate rules regarding fire prevention and fire safety in certified type B family day-care homes.
