5104.13 Publishing state statutes and rules governing certification of type B family day-care homes.
No later than July 1, 1998, and at reasonable intervals thereafter, the department of job and family services shall publish a guide describing state statutes and rules governing the certification of type B family day-care homes. The department shall distribute the guide to county departments of job and family services in sufficient number that a copy is available to each type B home provider.
