5111.893 Contract for evaluation of program cost-effectiveness.

If the United States secretary of health and human services approves a medicaid waiver authorizing the assisted living program, the director of aging shall contract with a person or government entity to evaluate the program’s cost effectiveness. The director shall provide the results of the evaluation to the governor, president and minority leader of the senate, and speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives not later than June 30, 2007.
