5907.06 Incompetent person not admitted to home.

(A) A mentally ill person subject to hospitalization by court order whose mental condition causes the person to be dangerous to the community shall not be admitted to a veterans’ home. If a mentally ill person subject to hospitalization by court order, through misrepresentation as to the person’s condition, is sent to a home, the person shall be returned to, and the expense of the return shall be borne by, the county from which the person came.

(B) As used in this section, “mentally ill person subject to hospitalization by court order” has the same meaning as in section 5122.01 of the Revised Code.
