6119.22 Notice of and examination of plan.

When a plan of sewerage devised in accordance with section 6119.19 of the Revised Code has been prepared, the board of trustees of the regional water and sewer district shall give at least ten days notice in one newspaper of general circulation in such area, stating that such plans have been prepared and are filed in the office of the secretary of the board for examination and inspection by the parties interested.

Any objection to such plan shall then be made to the board and it may amend or correct such plan, and shall thereupon file it as amended, or if no amendments are made, it shall file the original plan in the office of the secretary.
