The director of agriculture may promulgate, adopt, and enforce rules to carry into effect sections 905.31 to 905.50 of the Revised Code. Rules adopted by the director under the authority of sections 905.31 to 905.50 of the Revised Code shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
