SECTION 21-28-2.06

   § 21-28-2.06  Schedule IV tests. – The director of health shall place a substance in schedule IV if he or shefinds that:

   (1) The substance has a low potential for abuse relative tosubstances in schedule III;

   (2) The substance has currently accepted medical use intreatment in the United States; and

   (3) Abuse of the substances may lead to limited physicaldependence or psychological dependence relative to the controlled substances inschedule III.
