SECTION 21-28-2.07

   § 21-28-2.07  Schedule V tests. – The director of health shall place a substance in schedule V if he or she findsthat:

   (1) The substance has low potential for abuse relative to thecontrolled substances in schedule IV;

   (2) The substance has currently accepted medical use intreatment in the United States; and

   (3) The substance has limited physical dependence orpsychological dependence liability relative to the controlled substances listedin schedule IV.
