SECTION 28-43-7.1

   § 28-43-7.1  Determination of employer'stotal taxable wages. – For the purpose of determining each employer's experience rate for the nextsucceeding calendar year, the director shall not later than October 31 of eachyear determine each employer's total taxable wages paid during the twelve (12)month period ended on June 30, next preceding. If it is found that any employerhas not reported his or her taxable wages for any quarter pertinent to thatdetermination, the total amount of taxable wages for that quarter shall beestimated by the director according to prescribed regulations.
