SECTION 33-19-22

   § 33-19-22  Validity of sale as againstclaimant adverse to decedent or ward. – If the validity of a sale is drawn in question by a person claiming adverselyto the title of the deceased or of the ward, or claiming under a title that isnot derived from or through the deceased or the ward, the sale shall not beheld to be void on account of any irregularity in the proceedings, if itappears that the executor, administrator or guardian was authorized to make thesale by a court of competent jurisdiction, and that he or she accordinglyexecuted and acknowledged in legal form a deed for the conveyance of thepremises.
