SECTION 33-21A-2

   § 33-21A-2  Obtaining information onaccounts. – The general treasurer shall request from the bureau of accounts of the UnitedStates treasury department records providing the following information: thenames of depositors at the post offices of this state whose accounts areunclaimed, their last addresses as shown by the records of the United Statespostal service, and the balance in each account. He or she shall agree toreturn to the bureau of accounts promptly all account cards showing lastaddresses in another state.
