SECTION 34-36.1-1.06

   § 34-36.1-1.06  Applicability of localordinances, regulations, and building codes. – A zoning, subdivision, building code, or other real estate use law, ordinance,or regulation may not prohibit the condominium form of ownership or impose anyrequirement upon a condominium which it would not impose upon a physicallyidentical development under a different form of ownership, or otherwiseregulate the creation, governance, or existence of the condominium form ofownership. Otherwise, no provision of this chapter invalidates or modifies anyprovision of any zoning, subdivision, building code, or other real estate uselaw, ordinance, or regulation.
